Rs 500 and 1000 Ban; top 5 things you should know!

Mr Modi has shaken us just like Mr Trump winning the US president election today. All this is coming so fast and unimaginably quick that both have created hysteria.

But don't worry for the ban on Rs 500 and 1000 note. My top five pointers will help you remember what to do now?

1 Dates- 30 Dec to return old notes to banks after that 31st March to RBI with undertaking.

2 Limit- 2k from ATM till 18th Nov , Later 4k till 24th Nov.  10 k from branches per day and 20 k per week plus 4k on exchanging with any bank branch. Extra amount will be credited back to your account.

3 Documents - You need ID proof plus authority letter if depositing on someone's else behalf.

4 Rs 2000 and Plus 500 note to be introduced in place of old rs 1000 and 500.

5 Lastly, don't panic.  This shall too pass.

Only time will tell how good is this step for the country. From listening it looks promising but in reality hard to believe.

The long term impact of this step has yet to be forseen by citizens of this country.

Protest Petition in Crpc

If one is not satisfied with the police investigation, he may file the protest application before the hon'ble court. Courts can choose do either of these-

1 disallow the application.
2 Order further investigation if sufficient evidence in case diary of IO.
3 Treat it as a complaint and take statements of complainant and witnesses. Then take cognizance u/s 190 and summons the accused.
